STEP 3:  Select a pick up time and drop off time (this time must be exact, this is your hard time pickup time) , input your destination (it will calculate the mileage overage) , fill in the questions we ask, HIT NEXT 

STEP 4: TRIP ADD-ONs : Delivery, Early/Late Pick up, Pet Fees, Trip Cancelation Insurance, ETC, click NEXT 

STEP 5: Select Insurance package , click NEXT  (contact your insurance company to see if they cover RV Rentals. 

STEP 6: Input your birthday , click save

STEP 7: You can either input your Credit Card information OR you can exit out and we will review your request and send you an email back saying your ready to complete your booking. If you are 100% good to go with the reservation request you can input your credit card information. Be sure to read the cancelation policy and the Terms of Service

You have two insurance options when renting from out facility. 

1. YOU can contact your insurance company to see if your personal vehicle policy covers the rental of Motor Homes for Collision, Comprehensive, liability. If your policy allows motor home coverage, we will send you an insurance binder to have your agent complete. 

2. We offer third party insurance through Outdoorsy insurance coverage. This is a third-party insurance company. This insurance is SECONDARY coverage. Outdoorsy will pursue your primary insurance carrier first, and once the primary insurance denies, then Outdoorsy will cover the damages. An insurance claim using the third-party insurance does get reported to your primary insurance. Directly from the commercial policy-  "Our coverage works on an excess basis. In cases of damage, the guest's primary insurance (personal or commercial) will apply first, and our Wheelbase Protection Package will serve as excess coverage. If a denial is presented from the guests coverage - or if the guest does not have a policy in place - then the Wheelbase Protection Package will move to first position." 

The deductibles is 2% of the stated vehicle replacement value with a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $1,500. Each separate damage to the RV is a separate claim. Example- windshield replacement would be one claim and damage to the bumper of the RV would be another separate claim, causing two deductibles to be charged. 

PAY WITH CASH/CERTIFIED CHECK AND RECEIVE AN EST. 6% DISCOUNT. Full payment required at time of reserving and only available for rentals over 4 days in length. Contact our office to get the discount.

Military & Veterans receive $10 off a day discount with proof of service (CAC Card/DD214 /VA CARD) This discount is only available on motor homes, not trailers. Individual booking the RV must be the military member/Veteran. This discount cannot by combined with any other discounts. 

Provide your own insurance binder.   Contact your private insurance provider to see if your personal coverage extends into RV Rentals. Must cover Colorado State Min. for Liability, Collision, Comprehensive. If your insurance does, let us know! This will save you from $31-$58/ night

All kitchen items are included at no additional cost. All items needed for the campsite hookups are included. You get 150 miles a day included for free, which is accumulative, and any additional miles are charged at $0.45/mile. You get 6 free generators hours a day accumulative for free, and any generator overage is charged at $5/hr. If you are from out of state visiting High Alpine Rentals for a rental, you'll get linens & towels, but you must tell us you are coming from out of town at time of reserving. We take care of the final waste tank dumping at no additional cost. The RV comes full of water if requested and stocked with toilet paper and one roll of paper towels.  A few of our higher end rentals do come with additional items and linens, so be sure to read the descriptions to know what it comes with. 

We allow the RV to picked up as early as 12pm on your pickup date. 

Drop off is between 9AM and 3pm on your last day. 

You must ensure you select the time you wish during reserving the RV. We are very strict on pickup times as we have multiple units leaving during the day. 

RVs are not like rental cars. You are renting an RV that has between a $110,000 to $350,000 price tag. Wear & tear, Maintenace costs, depreciation, all add up twice as fast with RVs. We must price the RVs to match the costs associated with it, and to also make a living for ourselves, as this is our full-time job, not just a hobby. We provide you basically a rental car, and hotel room, all in one. We deliver exceptional equipment that is nothing but the best in quality and expectations. 

When you book with a private owner, you are gambling your trip! A private owner is not a rv rental professional, nor has the experience and resources needed to ensure they can get you on the road! We hear it all the time..dirty rv.broken amentites..horrible communitions, not what they paid for...and the all too often phone call our company receives from these peer-to-peer companies asking if High Alpine Rentals has an RV available for their guests due to issues at pickup.

Yes- you will receive the RV with a full tank of fuel and propane at departure. The RV must come back with a full tank of propane and fuel at return. 

RV must be topped off with fuel and propane before returning to facility. There is a very easy cleaning checklist provided that must be done before returning as well. Failure to do so, will result in additional fees. 

High Alpine Rentals cancelation policy is affective over a peer to peer cancelation policy.

High Alpine Rentals does not refund any unused days, early or late pickup fees, pet fees, or any additional fees selected.  Pickup times are set appointment times that the renter selects between the hours of 12pm-5pm during the reservation process and the renter must show up at the selected pick up time. If the Renter shows up outside of their selected appointment time, then renter will be moved to the end of the day for pickup after all other appointments have been handled. High Alpine Rentals rents by the day. Drop off Times are between 9am-3pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 1pm to 3pm on the last rental day. All personal belongings must be out of the RV and keys handed back over by 3pm. Renter understands that High Alpine Rentals has a zero-tolerance rule for late returns after 3pm.  Returning the RV after 3pm will constitute the following charge to be made to the credit card on file and High Alpine Rentals will not negotiate waiving the late fee under no circumstances: 0:01min - 2hr late =$275 ,2hr and more= full day rate times 2.5, and vehicle must still be returned on the day of reservation ending as purchased. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS AND OLDER TO RENT. Reservation dates and vehicle change can only be adjusted more than 15 days from the start of your reservation and will incur a $150 date / RV change fee. You are entitled to a full refund, less $275, for all cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the rental start date. Less than 15 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable. 50% due at time of booking, remaining 50% due 30 days prior to pick-up. Full Payment are accepted.   

 You can all this on to your trip during checkout under the ADD-ON tab for 6.5% of your trip total. Trip Insurance covers the investment you made for your trip. This trip cancellation coverage allows you to recoup the amount you would otherwise lose to the cancelation policy if you must cancel 48hrs prior to the start date on your reservation. We will allow you to receive a full refund of your reservation if purchased, minus the trip cancellation coverage fee total. If not purchased, then normal cancellation policy applies to your trip.  
 

YES- you will either receive a how-to video prior to your trip that shows you how to use the same RV you are renting. If there is no video for your RV, you will receive in person training. We do not give full orientations on RVs that have videos, so be sure to watch the video fully! You can find the video on our YouTube channel, or on the RV listing you wish to book. 

During your trip you have access to communicate with us 24/7 via text message and phone call if needed. To us, no question is a dumb question! 

YES- we have a secured facility that you can leave your vehicle in during your trip for no additional costs.
